Withdrawal requests are processed by extbo subject to the following conditions:

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude extbo's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
extbo reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if extbo reasonably believes that you have breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority. In the event of termination for breach, extbo may forfeit any balance remaining in your account.
You may close your extbo account at any time by contacting extbo support. Upon closure, any verified balance remaining in your account (net of any applicable bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
Upon termination of your account for any reason, your licence to use the Platform is immediately revoked. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall continue to apply, including but not limited to Sections 7, 8, 11, and 14.

In the event of any dispute between you and extbo, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting extbo support. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
extbo's decisions on all gaming matters, including bet settlement, game outcomes, and bonus eligibility, are final and binding, subject only to manifest error.
